- Brick piers and ant caps or perimeter brickwork with perimeter termite treatment
- Install bearers and joist
Stage 4: Frame stage
Stage 5: Roof installation
Stage 6: Windows doors and cladding
Stage 7: Internal rough-in
Electrical rough-in
- Plumbing rough-in
- Data services
- Gas services
- Mechanical services i.e AC and ventilation
- Wall and ceiling insulation
Stage 8: Plasterboard and wet area sheeting
Stage 9: Waterproofing and wet area tiling
Stage 10: Internal finishing

Note: Depending on the complexity of the design, floor coverings may come before architraves and skirts or after.
